Fentura carry a huge stock of lighting infrastructure, presenting well maintained fully serviced control equipment regardless of what fittings are on the end of it. Our recent investment in control includes the latest Highend Hog4 consoles and Luminex Fibre Optic Network Backbones protected by APC UPS’s, along with SES Mains Distribution we can offer the complete control package to the highest specification.

In terms of design, all of our Project Managers and Lighting Designers are qualified and well practiced in Lighting Design with experience in a multitude of environments.

Our carefully selected crew are all chosen by their specialist expertise ensuring meticulous attention to detail from preparation and planning through to the successful completion of the project, regardless of the timescale.

Fentura are one of the largest stockists of TFL XO Truss in the world with the ability to supply well over 1000 metres of this shiny, high strength presentation friendly trussing. Our XO is available in both standard and exhibition grade, with corners of any configuration possible. We also stock various other types of truss including Total Solutions revolutionary OV Truss in both OV30 and OV40 flavours as well as the Milos STB range.

Those stocks of truss wouldn’t be of much use without our fleet of over 90 CM Prostars and Lodestars all with dedicated ‘points of rigging’ and Outboard Electronics controllers. Moving thing’s live is not a problem either with our Kinesys motion controller driving high speed Verlinde Double Braked & Encodered Hoists.

All Rigging Packages are supplied with Motor Test Certificates, Trussing Inspection Reports and a copy of our Lifting Equipment Register.

For every configuration we can provide a structural report and CAD detailing maximum wind speeds, maximum heights, and ballast requirements. With experienced riggers erecting systems on every occasion health and safety is paramount.

Fentura have invested in the latest Catalyst technology for making powerful video content manipulation in real-time available to all levels of productions. Running 8 Layers into 8 sub-mixes our High Specification 8 core MacPro and I-Mac systems come pre-loaded with over 1000 royalty free video loops as standard. A partition on every machine is available to load custom content for you project, these are in excess of 100GB.

Additional options include DMX interfaces, Composite and SDI Capture Cards and various Scan Converters.

For more localised playback we are able to offer Mac-Mini machines running Catalyst Lite (2 Layers & 2 Mixes). Their compact size and remote controllability makes them ideal for locating next to projectors or behind LED screens with interference prone video cable runs.

Every show has the option of having custom designed media by our highly experienced freelance graphic artists and video editors, all of whome have a wealth High Profile projects in their portfolios.

Our CAD suite caters for all your pre-production needs running Cast Software’s ever popular WYSIWYG drafting and visualisation software. We are also able to cater for other CAD users by offering both AutoCAD and Sketch Up!

For visualisation we are able to offer either HOG4 Consoles or HOG4PC.  If HOG consoles are not your thing we are able to capture DMX via our Luminex nodes or take ARTNET straight into the workstation from a console of your choice.

Utilising Dell workstation technology as well as custom specification workstations and eye friendly High Definition TFT Displays your working environment is both comfortable and productive – with more time spent working and less time waiting for the technology!

We are able to offer A3 to A0 printing for plans.

A hosted FTP site or our cloud servers ensure we can always receive your plots and media even if they are in excess of emailing sizes.

The events market is incredibly competitive with clients looking for more from their suppliers every time while often favouring the one-stop solution agencies.

We work and integrate with many agencies to help them deliver lighting or rigging solutions as if the resource was in-house. We love to help deliver a great solution, we love to be part of the team, we don’t need our name against it.

Each company is different and we like to tailor our offering depending on your needs, you may own a vast amount of equipment already but need someone to design how it all goes together. We are always happy to design around an existing stock of equipment and will always advise on the options available. Just because we own equipment in our rental portfolio doesn’t mean we will be looking to push it on to everyone’s shows. We own equipment to supplement and support our clients needs.

Our black box casing also helps onsite, we don’t have big logos printed across our cases, we opt for the subtle.
